All the broadcast shows that won't be returning next season

As Revenge and Forever
fans have learned over the past few days, we've officially entered one
of TV fans' most anxiety-filled times of the year: when broadcast
networks decide which shows are coming back for another year and which
ones aren't.
For weeks, network executives have been taking stock of their current
TV lineups, watching pilots looking for the next breakout hit (or, at
the very least, shows that have promise) and deciding which series
deserve a spot on the final list.
Decisions on shows fates' are coming slowly, and viewers are either starting their celebrations or are taking their anger to social media, where they're only taking breaks to sign "Save My Show" petitions.
In the coming days ahead of the annual mega-meeting with advertisers
known as Upfronts, the axe will fall fast and furious upon some of your
favorites as part of the inevitable process. We'll keep you up to date
on the action with the list of canceled shows, below.
Just remember, though, we're only the messengers.
Here are the shows* from the five major broadcast networks that are officially not returning next year:
* = some special cases are noted; shows that air during summer seasons have been excluded
